Materials: Worsted weight yarn, DK weight yarn, crochet hook, 10-12mm safety eyes, stuffing, scrap embroidery floss/fine yarn, stitch marker, pins, and a tapestry needle.

I recommend you use both Worsted and DK yarn for the Triceratops Amigurumi Crochet. The DK yarn is for the horns, as the finer yarn makes better details. However, the pattern has instructions for Worsted weight horns.

Finished size: 8” long from tail tip to nose, 4” tall, 3.5” wide with worsted weight yarn, and 4mm hook. The size will greatly depend on your gauge and yarn. My demo Triceratops amigurumi crochet pattern is done in Red Heart Super Saver with a 4mm/ G6 sized hook and scrap DK with a 2.5mm/ C2 hook.

Skills Needed: Crochet in a round/spiral, foundation chain round, single crochet with increases and decreases, half double crochet, working front and back loops, follow pattern changes, and sewing on intricate parts.
